This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, rates, and responsibilities to ensure transparency and compliance.

  1. Shipping Process and Timelines
    Once an order is placed and payment has cleared, it will be processed and packaged within 1-2 business days from our facility in the state of California.
    Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
    After packaging, the order is transferred to our courier for delivery. Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method, typically 3-7 business days for domestic U.S. shipments.
    We ship via standard ground services unless otherwise specified.
  2. Shipping Rates
    We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders within the United States.
    Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping options, if available.
    For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and applicable duties or taxes. International shipping times may take 7-21 business days or longer due to customs processing.
  3. Tracking and Receipt
    A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
    It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure safe receipt.
    We recommend providing a secure delivery address to prevent loss or theft.
  4. Risk and Liability
    Once an order has been transferred to the courier, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking, receipt, and compliance with local laws.
    URP is not liable for delays, losses, theft, or damages occurring after handover to the carrier.
    We do not accept liability for customs seizures, import duties, taxes, or delivery failures due to buyer error or inaccuracies in shipping information.
    If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, the buyer must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
  5. International Shipping
    We ship to select international destinations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations, laws, and restrictions in their country.
    Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
    We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs authorities.
  6. Order Changes and Cancellations
    Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed.
