Refund & Return Policy

At Ultimate Research Peptides (“URP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we adhere to strict quality controls and compliance standards. Because our products are intended strictly for laboratory in-vitro research purposes only, and require proper handling, our refund and return policy is structured to protect both product integrity and customer clarity.

  1. All Sales Are Final
    Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, all sales are final.
    We cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, including cases of buyer’s remorse.
  2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
    We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements only for defective products (including damaged in transit, mislabeled, or incorrect items received).
    If you receive a defective product:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the packaging and the product.
    • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
    • Failure to contact us within 48 hours may result in loss of eligibility for replacement or refund.
    • All returns must be for unopened items (unless the defect is evident without opening) and be sent back to our facility.
    • If the product is confirmed defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange the replacement or refund.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned item.
  3. Product Integrity
    Refunds or replacements will not be granted for products that have been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
    Customers must adhere to recommended storage and handling guidelines to maintain compound integrity.
  4. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled only if payment has not cleared and shipment has not yet occurred.
    Once an order has shipped, cancellation and refund are not possible under any circumstance.
  5. Carrier Issues / Loss in Transit
    URP is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after being transferred to the carrier.
    If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, you must contact the carrier directly.
    Once an order is placed, it will be packaged and shipped out within 1-2 business days from our facility in the state of California. Once an order has been dropped off to our respective courier, please allow the appropriate amount of time for our package to arrive to you. Once an order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking, receipt, and compliance with local laws. We do not accept liability for customs seizures, delays, or delivery failures due to buyer error.
  6. Customer Responsibilities & Eligibility
    By placing an order with URP, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • You are 21 years of age or older.
    • You understand that all products are for laboratory in-vitro research use only.
    • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as safety and handling protocols.
    • URP reserves the right to refuse service or sales to any entity that it considers unqualified or noncompliant.
