Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Risk

  • Once an order is placed, it will be packaged and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been dropped off to our respective courier, please allow the appropriate amount of time for our package to arrive to you, from our facility in the state of California.
  • Once an order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking, receipt, and compliance with local laws. We do not accept liability for customs seizures, delays, or delivery failures due to buyer error.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges only for defective products. All returns must be for unopened items and be sent back to our facility. Generally, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for any unwanted items submitted for return, refund, or exchange. However, if a product is confirmed defective, damaged in transit, mislabeled, or an incorrect item was received, Ultimate Research Peptides will cover the return shipping and arrange the exchange or refund.
